Core Assembly Table

Usage:

This iron core stacking table is used to stack and assemble laminations of transformer’ iron core.

The core assembly table is used to stack and assemble main cores for distribution transformer with step lap and no step lap system, with holes or no holes. 
 By using the present core assembly table, the cores are stacked and assembled without the top leg, this is convenient for the insertion of the transformer coils.

Main components:
Frame, hydraulic overturn device, lamination center distance adjusting device, lamination length adjusting device, lamination positioning and bundling device, hydraulic system, etc.
